Radical Admin
Radical Admin is a project directed by Lucy Heard and Beccy Golding .
Lucy and Beccy are both freelance arts administrators with a range of creative practises including creative writing and improvised performance.
They are both used to being the ‘behind the scenes’ people in organisations and have both experienced being ‘admin@’ or ‘info@’ - the nameless ones who support the creatives to do what they do.
Lucy Heard and Beccy Golding about the concept of Radical Admin since 2022.
We have been clarifying our ideas, discussing a manifesto and building our collaborative partnership.
